    I’ve always hated home-made mayo, because the one my mom makes is like a eggy dijon mustard, really gross. But yours looks white and fluffy, I’d give it a try ;)

    This method works!! But something mr. man forgot to mention was you must use either all vegetable oil or use PURE olive oil or this recipe will produce a mayonnaise that tastes purely of olive oil. Not tasty :( . I made the recipe again with all vegetable (soy) oil and mixed the two batches and it was ok. Otherwise I would have thrown it out.

    I can’t believe this works! I spent 45 minutes dripping oil into my food processor, only to have the emulsion break when I had half of the oil added. It infuriated me. Then I found this video and I thought – I’ll try this, but if it doesn’t work, my home-made mayo career is over. It worked. 2 minutes. Perfect mayo. I’m so happy!
